Launch of the FOODPathS Living Labs Platform
The Foodtech Living Labs (FLL) platform has been officially launched, marking a significant milestone in food innovation across Europe!

0This initiative, part of the FOODPathS project, aims to create a collaborative space for stakeholders involved in foodtech living labs in Europe. The goal is to foster innovation and knowledge exchange to help build more sustainable food systems and share best practices.
The FOODPathS FLL platform was officially launched during the SIAL Talks at SIAL 2024, the world’s largest food innovation exhibition, held in Paris on October 21st, 2024. This event brought together industry leaders and innovators, providing the perfect stage to introduce the FLLs platform. Key European foodtech trends were also highlighted during the event, with insights shared from the latest edition of the DigitalFoodLabs 2024 report sponsored by FOODPathS (which can be downloaded for free here).
Currently, the platform features over 50 living labs across Europe, with plans to expand its reach even further. By leveraging national Food Technology Platforms’ strategies, the platform aims to integrate existing networks and collaborate with other EU partnerships and initiatives.
