7th International ISEKI-Food Conference

The ISEKI-Food Association (European Association for Integrating Food Science and Engineering Knowledge Into the Food Chain) is organising the 7^th International ISEKI-Food Conference (ISEKI-Food 2023)!

The Conference will take place on 05 – 07 of July 2023 at AgroParisTech in Paris, France, and will offer several free Pre-Conference Workshops on the 4th of July.

The Conference

ISEKI-Food 2023 ‘Next-generation of Food Research, Education and Industry’ aims to address upcoming challenges in food science and technology education, research on production, processing, quality, safety, and packaging of food, as well as societal engagement in this field. This conference is intended for professionals such as scientists, engineers, and university students worldwide, as well as representatives from the food industry. By bringing together academia, research, and industry, ISEKI-Food 2023 serves as a platform to exchange ideas and experiences, establish business or research relations, and find global partners for future collaborations.

To participate in the conference, you should first complete an online registration process. After successfully registering for ISEKI-Food 2023, attendees are eligible to submit up to two abstracts.

The Pre- (and Free-)conference Workshops

The conference will host a series of free pre-conference workshops on July 4, 2023. The information for each workshop is available on the conference website and will be updated regularly. To register for a workshop, attendees must access their conference account and select the “Participate in workshops and widen your knowledge” option. If they also wish to register for the conference, they must select the corresponding registration fee and then follow the same process to register for the workshop.
