ALIMENTARIA BARCELONA is one of the major trade fairs for the food and drinks industry, food service and hospitality sectors. The event is renowned for its comprehensive agenda, including congresses, seminars, conferences, awards ceremonies and product and research presentations, attracting key players from industry, distribution and retail.

The project emphasized that working together across sectors is crucial to creating healthier, more sustainable food systems for the future. The event underscored the critical need for collaboration between food industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers to drive meaningful transformation. By focusing on sustainable practices and promoting healthier diets, industry leaders are paving the way for a more resilient and inclusive food system.
